Red Jasper Cabaret Theatre invites artists and groups working in the field of performing arts (theatre, performance, cabaret, musical, stand-up, burlesque, drag/voguing performance, music performance, audio-visual shows, ritual theatre, contemporary circus, aerial) to submit their proposals for participation in the 5th Contemporary Artistic Cabaret Festival.
The Festival will take place at the theatre venue from June 3 to June 14, 2026, and will include a competition section, parallel events, and workshops.

    The 5th Contemporary Artistic Cabaret Festival marks a new phase in its evolution, with the introduction of four thematic categories that shape its structure and artistic direction:
    Radical Cabaret – Performances that challenge authority, identity, and social or aesthetic norms.
    Satirical & Subversive Cabaret – Works that deconstruct stereotypes through humor, irony, and a subversive spirit.


Intimate Cabaret – Autobiographical narratives, confessional forms, and performances that create a direct connection with the audience.
Experimental & Hybrid Cabaret – Performance art, multimedia, immersive practices, and interdisciplinary works that expand the boundaries of cabaret as an art form.

The three artistic proposals selected by the festival jury will have the opportunity to be included in the 2026–2027 artistic program of Red Jasper Cabaret Theatre.


Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three artistic proposals:

  • €500 (1st Prize)
  • €300 (2nd Prize)
  • €200 (3rd Prize)
