Over welke cijfers beschikken we en wat vertellen ze ons? Welke concrete acties worden er genomen om te zorgen voor meer (culturele) diversiteit binnen de sector? Wat zijn onze maatschappelijke drijfveren en doelstellingen? Welke initiatieven hebben impact en hoe kunnen we daarop voortbouwen?

De output van de workshop, die zal doorgaan op 7 december, willen we benutten om mee invulling te geven aan het hoofdstuk 'inclusie' van de eerste landschapstekening circuskunsten. En om nieuwe initiatieven op de sporen te zetten die vanuit een intersectioneel perspectief mee vorm willen geven aan de circussector van de toekomst.

Ben je artiest, programmator, publieksbemiddelaar, influencer, leidinggevende, communicator, inspirator... en wil je mee de krachten bundelen voor een meer diverse en inclusieve circussector? Heb je praktijken en ideeën die je wil delen, waarrond je wil samenwerken of waar je feedback op wil?

What statistics do we have and what do they tell us? What concrete actions are being taken to ensure more (cultural) diversity within the sector? What are our social drivers and objectives? What initiatives have impact and how can we build on them?

The output of the workshop, on 7 December, will be used to elaborate the 'inclusion' chapter of the first landscape drawing for circus arts. And to put new initiatives on track to help reshape the circus sector of the future from an intersectional perspective.
