Professionele circusartiesten

Het professionele circus in Vlaanderen wordt gedragen door mensen en gezelschappen die van circus hun beroepspraktijk maken. Veel autodidacten, maar meer en meer ook afgestudeerden van de circushogescholen overal ter wereld. Verder zijn er nog de traditionele circussen die hun kennis over het algemeen in familiaal verband doorgeven.
